It has been recently brought to our attention that certain individuals claiming themselves to be authorized by The Ramco Cements Limited (“Ramco”), through unscrupulous websites, are luring customers by offering to sell Ramco brand cements online at discounted rates and are demanding/collecting money from the public in Ramco’s name.
This is to inform and forewarn all customers (current and prospective), dealers, sub-dealers, sales promoters and the public in general that as of date –
- Ramco does not either directly or indirectly sell or facilitate the sale of any Ramco brand cements or cement products online. Ramco sells its cements only through its network of authorized dealers, sub-dealers and sales promoters situated across the country (other than in case of institutional sales) and not through any other mode.
- Ramco also has not authorized any persons or entities to deal with or sell cements or cement products through online mode i.e. through any website or authorized any persons or entities to collect money on its behalf.
- The details of all products are available on the company’s official website https://www.ramcocements.in/. Ramco does not own or operate any other website other than the official website mentioned above and this website does not permit any such online transactions.
All customers, dealers, sub-dealers and the public in general are hereby advised not to fall victim to any such unscrupulous websites and exercise adequate caution before placing orders on such websites.
If despite the above, in any person(s) decide(s) to deal with such persons or websites, please be informed that they shall be dealing with such persons or websites at their own risk and that Ramco shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any such persons in this regard.
This disclaimer is made without prejudice to Ramco’s rights to sell any cement or any cement products online in the future, subject to the applicable legal framework that may exist at that point of time
